Dear Seth, I would like to take this opportunity to express what a great and rewarding experience I recently had with your associate Elizabeth Callahan, or Beth as she is best known.

After the passing of my mother, I found myself knee deep in estate business. The largest question was: How do I sell this house in today’s market? I made the best decision ever, I called Beth. I told her right away about the pressure that the bank was giving me and that I needed to get the house cleaned up, on the market and sold within a crazy time frame.
